Paying for Places at SASCS

 

The following payment methods are available for paying for places at SASCS Breakfast Club, After School Club and Holiday Services:

 

1. Childcare Vouchers

SASCS is registered to accept Childcare Vouchers from various providers.  Please contact the Administrator (see end of page) with the name of the voucher provider you use and we will provide you with the SASCS Reference Number to allow you to organise payment.  

 

2. Tax-Free Childcare

SASCS has a registered account with HM Revenue & Customs for their tax-free childcare service. If using this service, please let us know your HMRC reference once you have registered.

 

3. BACS Transfer

To organise a direct bank transfer to the SASCS account, please first contact the Administrator for details.

 

4. Cheque

Payment can be made by cheque made payable to SASCS SCIO.  Cheques should be marked with the child’s name on the reverse, enveloped. This can be left in the SASCS mail tray outside the school gym hall or handed into the SASCS Office. Please email us if you leave payment in the mail tray so that we can ensure we receive the cheque.

 

5. Cash

Payment can also be made in cash. This can either be marked with the child’s name, enveloped and left in the SASCS mail tray, or handed in to the SASCS Office. Again, please email to confirm you have left cash in the mail tray to ensure this makes its way down to SASCS.  

 

Please note that unfortunately we are currently not able to accept card payments.
